3. No Local Storage of Card Data

  • Legacy Garage Doors LLC does not store credit card numbers on our servers, devices, invoicing systems, or physical files.

  • Any stored payment methods (if used) are tokenized and securely maintained within the QuickBooks Payments system only.

4. Restricted Access

  • Only authorized personnel can access limited customer billing information through QuickBooks.

  • Staff handling payments receive training on secure payment procedures and PCI compliance guidelines.

5. Secure Network & Systems

  • We maintain firewall protection and regularly update business systems to guard against vulnerabilities.

  • Anti-virus, anti-malware, and intrusion detection measures are in place to protect payment-related environments.

  • We follow the PCI compliance process required by QuickBooks, including annual questionnaires and system checks.

  • Our security practices and processes are routinely reviewed to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • QuickBooks may authenticate or verify transactions to prevent fraudulent activity.
